  • Opportunity validation and benefits creation using data and supporting evidence.
  • Supporting the cost/benefit estimating process.
  • Business Requirements gathering & validation (functional & non-functional).
  • Business Process review & validation.
  • Business engagement – working closely with our business colleagues, building strong relationships, gaining a vast understanding of the operating structures and processes & understanding how technology underpins these processes.
  • QA – supporting the business users in project acceptance.
